Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how OJVPN handles data while providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Please read the following before using the service to understand what data is collected, why it is processed, how it is stored, and what controls are available to you.
Data collected and processing purposes
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. OJVPN therefore does not collect a registration email. The account system processes the username, password verification results, account status, plan status, and summarized traffic usage to authenticate users, provide subscriptions, calculate available traffic, and maintain account functions. Passwords are processed in the form required for secure verification and are not displayed publicly.
When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the system stores order details, amount, payment channel, order status, and necessary transaction identifiers. This information is used to confirm payment, deliver services, process refunds, resolve disputes, and maintain accounting records. Visiting marketing pages and the user panel may generate statistical information such as page addresses, access times, referring pages, browser type, device type, network address, and approximate region. This information helps verify that pages operate properly, analyze content usage, and investigate unusual requests; it is not used to create profiles of users' browsing interests.
No-logs policy and connection records
OJVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the service, or retain request content, transmitted content, DNS queries, or historical records that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. International route servers do not create long-term connection logs, and user destinations are not combined with account details to create browsing records.
To establish each encrypted connection, allocate route resources, and keep the service running, servers temporarily process necessary technical information. After a connection ends, this information is not retained as a historical connection log. The account system retains only aggregated traffic usage and service status needed to deliver a plan; it does not include specific websites or content accessed. If an issue affects route stability or account security, necessary operational events may be analyzed temporarily. Such information is used only for troubleshooting and risk control, then handled according to this policy's data-minimization principle.
Cookies and local storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to retain session status, login credentials, interface language, and necessary functional preferences. This allows users to remain signed in between pages and receive a consistent experience. Login tokens are stored in the current browser to prove identity to account interfaces; signing out or clearing the browser's site data removes the corresponding local information.
Access statistics may use cookies to distinguish repeat visits and summarize page usage. Restricting cookies or clearing local storage will not prevent access to public pages, but it may end the login session, reset language preferences, or require identity verification again. OJVPN does not use these storage mechanisms to retain the content of users' visits to international websites.
Third-party payment processing
The service supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network, and the payment page may collect information required to complete a transaction under its own rules. OJVPN receives the order completion status, transaction identifier, and reconciliation results required for accounting; it does not directly store complete payment credentials held by the payment service.
Third-party payment services are responsible for handling the data they independently collect, and their privacy rules are not replaced by this policy. Users should review the terms displayed on the payment page before paying. In the event of a refund, transaction dispute, or accounting review, necessary order information may be checked between OJVPN and the relevant payment service, limited to what is needed to resolve the specific matter.
Data retention and security measures
Account information is retained while the account remains active to provide continued login, plan management, and subscription delivery. Order records are retained for as long as needed for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable requirements. Access statistics are primarily used for aggregated analysis; when identifying the source of access is no longer necessary, identifiable information is deleted or anonymized. Temporary technical data generated during operation is not retained as a record of user activity after connection maintenance or troubleshooting is complete.
OJVPN uses access controls, transmission safeguards, and necessary account verification measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Users should also protect their usernames, passwords, and login devices. If an account appears abnormal, a ticket can be submitted through the user panel so that the issue can be verified and addressed.
Access, deletion, and policy updates
Users can view basic subscription information and order status in the account panel. To correct account information, ask about data processing, or request deletion of an account and related identifiable data, submit a request through the user panel ticket system. OJVPN will process the request after verifying account ownership. Records still needed for open orders, refunds, dispute resolution, or applicable requirements will be deleted or anonymized after the relevant matter ends.
Deleting an account may affect unused subscriptions, order lookup, and future service recovery. Please confirm these effects before submitting a request. If this policy changes because of service features, data processing methods, or applicable requirements, the updated version will be published on this page and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes to the scope of data processing will be communicated through available on-site methods. Continued use of the updated service indicates that the policy in effect at that time has been read.
