Service content and scope
OJVPN provides cross-border access and network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection paths when accessing international websites, online tools, and other network services. Actual results may still be affected by the user’s location, local network conditions, target service rules, device configuration, and third-party infrastructure.
The service offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading during a cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Available payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are enough. Users must protect their account information and are responsible for subscriptions, route connections, and other actions initiated under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and check their subscription status through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, and users may use them on devices they manage. This arrangement does not grant resale rights. Users may not sell, rent out, publicly post subscription information, or continuously share an account or subscription with unspecified third parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, credential exposure, and service issues caused by public sharing, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
Users should manage traffic according to their selected plan. Monthly subscription traffic is available during the applicable cycle, while data packages remain available until used. Automated abuse, abnormal concurrent requests, or other behavior that clearly departs from normal personal use must not disrupt route operations or other users’ ordinary connections.
Responsible use requirements
When using OJVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is accessed, as well as the rules of target websites, applications, and platforms. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of unlawful content, attacks on network systems, malicious traffic, or other unlawful activities.
Users must determine for themselves whether particular content, services, or actions are permitted in their location. OJVPN provides network connectivity and route selection, but does not authorize, endorse, or guarantee third-party content accessed by users, nor is it responsible for obtaining third-party accounts, content licenses, or platform access rights on their behalf.
Service availability and liability
OJVPN may adjust available routes based on maintenance, network conditions, and service arrangements. Planned maintenance, infrastructure failures, carrier network changes, target service policy changes, device system restrictions, and other factors outside the service’s sole control may affect connection speeds, temporarily make routes unavailable, or change access results for some services.
Users should check route status before important operations and keep necessary data copies. To the extent permitted by applicable law, OJVPN is not responsible for losses caused by user device configuration, third-party service interruptions, local network quality, force majeure, or violations of these terms by the user. For issues involving subscriptions or routes, users may submit a ticket through the user panel so the account and connection can be reviewed.
Refunds and account termination
Users may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel and include enough information to identify the relevant order. The refund policy applies only to first-payment orders that meet these terms and does not affect other rights granted by applicable laws and regulations.
If an account is resold, subscription information is publicly distributed, the service is used for unlawful activities, route operations are maliciously disrupted, normal billing procedures are evaded, or these terms are seriously violated, OJVPN may, as appropriate, restrict features, suspend connections, or terminate account services. Before or after taking action, the service may retain the right to review order details, subscription status, and necessary operational records to maintain service order and handle disputes.
Changes and applicability
OJVPN may update these terms due to changes in service content, billing rules, route arrangements, or applicable laws. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date shown on the page will apply. Important changes affecting user rights will be announced through available on-site channels. Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised terms.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
